Install the theme

Settings>Display>HomeScreen>Theme>Choose from the listB.
For Some Phones with Menu button > Themes > Choose from the list.C.
From HOME buttons > Press and Hold Square button for a sec and you will see Themes > Choose from the list.
For Others LaunchersApply theme from Launcher settings...
